However, despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that every product image, color, design, texture, or detail displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product you receive.

Product Images & Color Accuracy

Product photographs, mockups, lifestyle images, and digital renderings are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual colors and product appearance may vary due to factors including, but not limited to:

SECTION 3 – ORDERS, PAYMENT & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Order Acceptance

Many Rep Ya Flag products are manufactured only after an order has been accepted.

Pricing & Availability

If a material pricing or product error affects your order, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund or provide you with the opportunity to proceed using the corrected information, where appropriate.

Rep Ya Flag proudly ships to customers around the world. Shipping availability, delivery methods, and estimated transit times may vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier services, customs requirements, and other operational factors.

Shipping Timeframes

Any shipping, production, processing, or delivery timeframes displayed on our Services are estimates only and are provided for informational purposes. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as a guarantee or condition of sale.

Many Rep Ya Flag products are made to order, which means production begins only after your order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed. Production times are separate from shipping transit times.

Delivery Delays

Rep Ya Flag is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Shipping carrier delays.
• Customs inspections or customs clearance.
• Severe weather or natural disasters.
• Labor strikes or transportation disruptions.
• Government actions or regulatory delays.
• Public health emergencies or pandemics.
• Military conflicts or civil unrest.
• Supply chain disruptions.
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• Any other force majeure event.

Such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation except where required by applicable law.

Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Rep Ya Flag is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

International Shipments

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import restrictions, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other government-imposed charges.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Rep Ya Flag is not responsible for customs delays, import restrictions, confiscations, or refusal of entry by customs authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with the import laws and regulations of their destination country.

Risk of Loss & Title

Ownership of, and risk of loss for, products passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier for transportation to the delivery address provided during checkout, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

After shipment, customers assume responsibility for working with the shipping carrier regarding delivery, redelivery attempts, package holds, forwarding requests, or other carrier services.

Lost, Stolen & Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should first:

• Verify the shipping address.
• Check around the delivery location.
• Ask household members or neighbors.
• Contact the shipping carrier.
• Allow up to 48 hours for final delivery, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

Rep Ya Flag will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in investigating lost shipments; however, we cannot guarantee refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier unless otherwise required by applicable law or our applicable shipping or returns policies.

Where an Agent is expressly permitted to access the Services, it must:

• Clearly identify itself as an automated system in accordance with applicable technical standards.
• Accurately disclose its identity when communicating with the Services.
• Not impersonate or simulate human users.
• Not attempt to bypass CAPTCHA systems, rate limits, authentication controls, bot detection systems, robot exclusion protocols, or other security measures.
• Respond truthfully if requested to identify whether an interaction is generated by a human or an automated system.
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms of Service.

14.5 Reservation of Rights
